zkDatabase – Terms of Service

To use certain features of zkDatabase, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activities under your account.

You may not use zkDatabase for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users.

zkDatabase operates on a prepaid model based on Compute Units ("CUs").

You may purchase CUs through our available payment methods. The number of CUs you purchase will be credited to your account balance and can be used until depleted.

• Each operation in zkDatabase consumes a certain number of CUs, as specified in our pricing documentation.
• When your CU balance reaches zero, certain features may become unavailable until you purchase additional CUs.

• All CU purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers: PayPal.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information

• All CU purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• We do not provide refunds for unused CUs.

• We reserve the right to modify CU pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect CUs already purchased but will apply to future purchases.

You may submit data, queries, feedback, or suggestions ("User Content") to zkDatabase.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant zkDatabase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

All content, software, and technology that make up zkDatabase, including trademarks, graphics, and code, are the property of zkDatabase or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

zkDatabase is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zkDatabase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

We may suspend or terminate your account:

• If you violate these Terms.
• If payment is overdue.
• For legal or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on zkDatabase. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
